August 8-11

8-8: Still hot, and now muggy.
8-9: We got T-storms and a lot of rain overnight.  We were lucky tho' as some folks got so much it washed out roads, etc.
8-10: Today was shopping and going to Farmer's market.  I got lovely fruit and some corn, too, plus ran into some friends & had a nice visit.  
8-11: It's cooler with T-storms rumbling, but no rain.  I picked more green beans and just a few berries (they are mostly done, but the fall raspberries).  I cleaned chicken houses and added straw to the nests.
And now I'm back to working on house organization & schedules.  I'm that 'OCD person' you've heard about who just works better with organized daily activities - it gives me peace 😊😊.
