Mike & I went to Spokane yesterday - I was supposed to have a heart monitor put in, but somehow the med records didn't get there & there was a mix-up on instructions, so now we have to go back another day. This is a pain because we drive 90 miles one-way & we both had to take time from work :~(.
It does feel like spring, though, and the weather is cooperating as well as can be expected for March on the Palouse. There's some sun, some rain, some wind, & even some snow, LOL.
I did get all my fruit trees pruned last weekend, so now just have to give them a dormant oil spray & I'll be ready to start on my other gardening projects: prune my cane/bush berries, take out the old strawberries in preparation for the new plants, and get my garden beds ready for some early planting of spinach & such. I also got some grafting wood for my walnut trees, so we shall see how that goes - nuts are difficult to graft & I have 5 tries, I believe on my seedlings.
Here's a couple more photos from the Planet Patchwork BoM for 2005-2006: January 2006 & February 2006, respectively, "The Red, White & Blue" and

"Friendship Star".

This are beautiful. You do lovely work. I tried this weekend to make a finished 2" trangle and could not figure it out; must be from the lack of sleep.
Thanks much lisad,
I hope you can figure out your triangles soon.
