Socks for my sister Libby

Here is the pair of socks I made for my #1 sister Libby - I have 3 sisters, all younger (well, my 3 brothers are all younger, too) and I refer to them as #1-Lib, #2-C Carol, & #3-Annette. The 3 brothers are #1-David, #2-Frank, & #3-Bryan.

So, now you're up on all my sibs, :~).

I do love to make socks. Am on my fourth pair for Socks For Soldiers & am making a pair for a gal who works at one of our local quilt shops. The shop shares its space with a yarn shoppe & when I was in buying a cable needle Alicia wanted to see what I was making. I showed her the socks for Libby & she wished someone would make her socks..............................So, I figured if she bought the yarn, I'd be good for a pair. She got the silk/wool yarn - it is really nice to work with - I may have get some for myself.

I do need to use up some of that stash I've been getting ;~).
