May or may not be able to post each day - our wireless radio receiver appears to have gone 'TU' & we have no internet at home.

Few clouds here today, but no rain so far.
LATER: already heard back from sellers about house offer - they say they won't take less than $165K - & we have set our limit to $160K, so are probably at stand-still. I guess we wait & see if they will back down.
It's turned out sunny today, but forcast for rain tomorrow - & it's pretty cold out there, too.
