On Saturday, after shopping, I worked around the house, got some stuff done in the craft room, "put up" my berries, made a cherry pie (from our OWN cherries) and entertained the #2 GS. Today 'tP' sanded for his painting job while I worked on my chicken house. I got the "foundation" and the floor done & started on the walls. Plus I did laundry and ironing.
The #1 GS came over to help me with the cable for the computer - it runs under the house from the wireless receiver to the computer room - and since I want to change rooms I needed to (I thought) run the long cable that I had used when the #1 was living with us. ACK!! I could not find the cable, so he & 'the GF' visited a bit and then left.
While 'tP' and I were eating supper he asked me why I could not just use the cable that runs from the receiver to the computer since it would actually be shorter distance to the "new office" - boy did I feel like a dummy!! - of course I could do that! He said he'd help me do it this week before he has the surgery on Wednesday.
Now, I'm really tired from all this work and I am going to go listen to some podcasts & knit or spin.

That's a lot of things you got done! Hope you got to enjoy your relaxing time.
I agree w/ Gnat..you got a lot done so I hope you relaxed a good bit, too!
