Happy Wednesday all

We got our cold weather back. It's clear and below freezing today; had a little snow last evening and there was ice all over this morning.

I find from the Cognative Podcast that DrGemma has again started the Mother Bear Project KAL. So, I'm right on schedule with my "unvent" of the knit-in-the round pattern. Here is a photo of the first prototype, "alpha bear". I feel he needs a bit of tweaking so "beta bear" is now on the needles. When I'm done I'll send them off to the project to get approval, and if I do, then I'll make all my bears in that manner. I encourage everyone who likes to knit and who wishes to contribute to a really good charity go to the Mother Bear Project site & join the knitters!
