I was afraid that would happen. I did not think that I was over the contagious part by the time I got home. I know how bad it makes one feel, so I have much sympathy. I'll stop by the store on my way home today to get him some OTC meds to help alleviate the symptoms. It takes time only to get over this stuff - what a bummer!
I started another baby sock, and got all of the crochet re-inforcement done on the pink varigated top-down pullover so I can turn it into a cardigan. That will have to wait until the weekend when I have time and attention to get it done right and to get the button bands on. I don't want to leave that sort of thing in progress - I might not get back to it right away and something could happen. I also am starting to put the lace edging onto the cotton lavendar cardigan that has been in the UFO bin of a long time. I'm getting those 'guys' done anyway, even if I do start some new projects - I just can't seem to help myself.
