my weaving table is stabilized!
But it seems that one of the legs is longer as there is a bit of a rock - we'll have to sand off one leg, I think. However, it will be good & sturdy for the loom action.
Now it's on to the stripping, sanding & painting. I got stripper, but need to get steel wool & a scraper. It is cold in the garage, so this will be a several (OK, many) step process!
Already got two eggs this morning. Squash bisque is on the menu for tonight, along with cheddar biscuits & strawberry shortcake (ah, the bounties of summer stored in the freezer for winter use!).
Since Wednesday is 'anit-procrastination day' I'm going to get those bands done on dad's sweater. Of all things that is the part that I dislike - putting on the grosgrain ribbon and making the buttonhles, etc. Who would have thought? when the darn things are nearly done I get "put-off-itis".

Hey Molly. Just wanted to hop over to say hi and thanks for your comment on my blog post about the creepy (not) baby.
It made me laugh out loud! I second your opinion!
Hugs,
Jean
