Today I got the lettuce & cabbage plants I bought yesterday into the ground. I also found a place for all of those onion plants. In addition, I put the geraniums into pots out front and planted my gladiolus corms in another pot.
After "ladies night' at Moscow/Pullman Building Supply I will have more annuals to put in pots out front. There are always good sales then.
Since it is finally Spring the chores are stacked up so high it is difficult to get what needs to be done as soon as it needs to be.
I just keep plugging away at it each day.
The chickens are all doing well; the babies are tiny no longer and are getting their feathers. I will get a big light bulb to replace the heat lamp so they can get used to the ambient temperature. I introduced them to mealworms - needless to say, they approved.
