this is the story of our life at "Rosevale on the Palouse Prairie" in eastern Washington State, and my love affair with all things fiber/fabric. 'BeanQueen' you might ask, well in my previous life I was the curator of the Phaseolus Germplasm Collection (beans native to the western hemisphere) in the United States. My lovely #2 sister gifted me with my 'autre nom'.

And Monday is sunny, too!
And, of course, here I am at work - lunchtime - so can't go outside to garden. I think that I made a grave error last fall - didn't plant garlic, or at least, can't find an entry in my garden journal that says I did :~(. So, now I'll have to get some in quickly this spring so as to have garlic for rest of year. I can't believe I did that???? I did get started on the second baby sock, but didn't get on to the next SFS socks - got too tired and went to bed earlier that I thought I would. I hope it is still nice outside when we get home so can at least get some clean-up started. And then I have to get going on that rabbit pen AND finish the chicken house. I have all my ideas ready, though, so it's just putting them into practice that will take the time.

Well, from where I sit at 1:30, the clouds seem to be gathering. I always have a lot going on in my head. Hard to get to it all in reality.
