What with all of that activity and the big number of jobs to do - it leaves little time for blogging.
'tP' gave me some BIG help by picking the strawberries last evening while I was doing laundry and ironing. He got 2 huge bowls full - let me tell you we may not have some things from our garden/orchard this year, but we ARE getting strawberries!

It's true -- real work interferes with blog posts. I have to start over with my strawberries -- planted them too close to the raspberries. But I decided to leave them where they are this season to reap the harvest -- nothing like yours but a cup or two every day for a while. Picking strawberries is rewarding but hard on the back.
