But there is that bitter-sweet feeling of already missing the hustle & bustle of the "job" - mostly I shall miss the moments alone with my "babies" as I worked by myself in the greenhouses surrounded by beans, beans, & beans.
Have you ever had the time (or the inclination, I guess) to notice the beauty of their flowers and the subtle sweetness of their blooms?
Ah, those mornings I knew my recalcitrant wild babies were blooming - I would catch that gentle scent in the air and know to look for the blooms so I could provide them with help in their pollination.
And I always remembered we had lima beans in the houses when one could follow that sweetness to their place there.

I didn't feel wistful about leaving my job, probably because I didn't have a particular professional field of expertise. Hired as a secretary for a state office, my position had been downgraded to "office clerk." So, I felt so free to be able to walk away from all the frustrations.
I predict you will find new ways to be productive. You'll develop new skills as well as finding new outlets for your old skills. The best is yet to come . . .
Cute sweater!
