Is it spaghetti sauce yet?

It's nearly there!  And it actually tastes like marinara sauce - WOW - who would have known?  However, I must let you all know that 33 # of tomatoes when reduced to sauce does not make a whole lot of product ;~).  I put in onions, green peppers, garlic, olive oil, celery, basil, oregano, thyme, summer savory, parsley, marjoram, tarragon, salt, pepper, & sugar.  It is now in the crock pot on low until it is reduced to the proper consistancy for pasta sauce.

The hand-spun yarn is all dry and skeined up.  Here are some pictures from roving to the final product.  ~250 yds of 3-ply (14.9 WPI - a heavy fingering or light sport weight yarn) and a tiny bit (12 yds) of 2-ply lace-wt yarn (from the leftover singles)

It's amazing how a lot of fruit will reduce to a little product. Oh well. The yarn is beautiful. Thanks for the pictures.
