Last night (~2 AM) we got a call from the DD - she had just driven herself to the hospital with terrible stomach pain. Yup!! you guessed it - she had appendicitis and at 7 AM this morning she had surgery & we just got back from taking her home. If it isn't one thing it's another or as that old saying goes "It's just one damn thing after another.".
Anyway, luckily there was no real serious side effects although she is on high power antibiotics because of a slight infection due to the bad organ - she was lucky again, but apparently when it rains it pours.
I have been working on the clean-out & have now two big bags of things to donate - the projects & tools are still very much in good shape & I want someone who is able to do so to have the opportunity to enjoy them.
And tomorrow is another day - it's been pretty cold around here, but not new snow at the moment - GOOD!!

The weather report looks like we won't get through tomorrow without precipitation. Might be snow for you.
I'm sorry your DD had to have surgery, but aren't you grateful you're available to help where needed. That's why we have to be soft on ourselves about our goals. We have to be ready to serve where called.
