Today I picked more spinach and thinned the beets again, plus picked swiss chard. All the greens went into the freezer.
I will pick snap peas and green faba beans tomorrow as well as do the rest of the apple thinning and try to get carrot thinning in, too. It's a never-ending chore to get yourself healthy, organic veggies. But, the bottom line is that I KNOW from where they have come!
It was much nicer today with cooler temps & a little breeze. Hope that keeps up tomorrow with what I have in store for working outside.
