this is the story of our life at "Rosevale on the Palouse Prairie" in eastern Washington State, and my love affair with all things fiber/fabric.
'BeanQueen' you might ask, well in my previous life I was the curator of the Phaseolus Germplasm Collection (beans native to the western hemisphere) in the United States. My lovely #2 sister gifted me with my 'autre nom'.

Thanksgiving in Seattle
We spent Thanksgiving in Seattle with my son Michael and his lovely girlfriend's family. The DH and I, #1 GS & daughter msH, & the #2 GS mrD, all had a lovely time and some really good food. We have much, much, much to be thankful for.
My lovely daughter from Seattle brought her husband and mother-in-law for a potluck dinner with my extended family. Funny how that works -- all that back and forthing to be with our family groups. Yes, we are blessed.
