Mostly just working around the house. The porch project is on hold until the kid's roof is done.
It's been freezing each night, but getting a bit above freezing during the day - no snow yet, thank the Lord.
I'm trudging along on the Christmas socks. I want to finish msH's sock arms sweater, too. I've decided I can make some handmade mixes for gifts, too. I need to conserve the money for various home improvement projects in various areas, too.
Plus, it seems that everything is becoming dear and, of course, those of us on fixed incomes see the effects of that more than others.
I know I should not worry so much about that and count my blessing each day. It is difficult sometimes to remember that, but I do my best.
Today I am making some banana bread (over-ripe bananas) and some "Wheaties" cookies, too. Luckily there is leftover chicken casserole for supper, so that will be no effort at all.
