Another lovely Spring day

Here is a lovely view from our deck - there's an apple tree right next to it at the edge of the house. The blossoms are so pretty & smell so good!
I'm working on the top-down sweater as I have time. I also did a little on the toe-up socks, but just have so much to do & so little time.
I am writing a collecting proposal for getting some more wild bean germplasm for the collection that I curate - boy is that a rough job!
Memorial Day is coming up & the Postman & I will go to my folk's place where all the sibs are going to do a "fix up the old folks" place, so it will be safer & such for them to stay in their own home.
