I did get to go up to Aliens today but only for about an hour; I got a call from Mike saying he had taken a fall from the ladder & I needed to come home to take him to doctor.
Turns out he tore the meniscus in his knee and will now be in for some PT and some brace wear. No more riding his bike (either one) or driving the PU for a while. And the painting is now being re-scheduled, LOL.
Ah well, perhaps another day.
