I will not comment on the unrest in our country right now. It seems I am past the point of trying to deal with the stupidity of so many people. It is too frightening to try to look into the future. I am generally an optimistic person, but I find the present problems too daunting to try to do anything but withdraw myself from society. That does not mean I do not raise my voice in defense of what I believe is right, it just means I feel so hopeless in the face of these terrible things. Who would have thought that the population of this nation could have let themselves be deluded so much?
